Lemon Verbena Tea
LEMON VERBENA TEA
6 to 10 Lemon Verbena leaves
Add leaves to bottom of a tea cup, in an herbal tea sachet or tea ball infuser,
Add hot water and allow the leaves to steep for 5 minutes. If the leaves are in the tea cup then place a plate on top to steep.
OPTIONS: add manuka or raw honey and/or a dash of monkfruit to sweeten
