Om My Gong and natalini design team up to create an integrated wellness experience
This 30-minute creativity activation is designed to reset your mind and body, inspiring your inner creative child to play again. The main focus of this session is to reduce self-judgment and practice being present. Following will be a 90 minute transformative gong meditation facilitated by Michael and Kim Ostrofsky of Om My Gong.
