Freedom is having wings and the ability rising above or soar around. True freedom for humans can only be cultivated from within. No one promise or grant it to anyone else. It an inside job that we are all personally responsible for achieving. Even a prisoner in solitary confinement can reach inner freedom. Enjoy this beautiful butterfly as a symbol to always work on creating your inner freedom. Freedom is now available for digital download.
Wing of a Butterfly is a rendering of a photo of a butterfly. This butterfly had a mid-century modern art pattern on its wings. The really butterfly had a sharp contrast of black and white. Originally, the butterfly was purchased at the Little Italy Art Walk event in San Diego from a woman who preserved butterflies and placed them in acrylic frames. At first, it seemed like a possibly cruel process, however, this particular butterfly was so incredibly bold and beautiful it could not be overlooked. Sadly, after a long move, the encased butterfly is hopefully in the possession of someone who appreciates it just as much. Here is a little piece of this beautiful being. Wing of a Butterfly measures 12600 x 16800 px. Wing of a Butterfly is available now!
“Before the After” is a black & white photo taken with a Nikon film camera on the streets of Little Italy in San Diego. One of my favorite things to do while living in San Diego was to wander aimlessly and take pictures of interesting compositions that caught my eye. San Diego is home to endless beautiful scapes, yet this haphazard and juxtaposed metal and concrete got me. Before the After measures 1192 pixels x 1506 pixels.
