Keep An Open Road

Where you come to a fork in the road, take it.- Yogi Berra

It’s time for some serenity with a side of adventure. Let go of the daily routine and over planning of each and every minute of your day. This is your opportunity to live “Mr. Magoo” moments, where you take one stop light and one road at a time. Enjoy the journey of the unexpected experiences that lie ahead. Sometimes these unplanned, off the beaten path excursions make for the best memories.

Plan the meals for the day carefully and intentionally so hunger doesn’t impulsively choose low value, easy to grab foods.

To get started, here are meditations to calibrate or reset the mind and body.
