House Warming
Welcome the cold winter days and nights with warming items to create Hygge in your home. Hygge is a Danish term meaning to create coziness in life through spending quality time with loved ones while sipping on warm drinks by a fire under a giant blanket. Hygge can also be used to create a moment of self care away from others to recharge the mind and body. It’s more of an essence and a feeling that when created regularly becomes a lifestyle.

Colosseum II
Ciao Italia!
Bring the history and beauty of Roma into your life…
If you’re looking to bring a piece of Italy into your home or office, you’re about to get lucky. Now available for download to be displayed how you wish, is “Colosseum II,” an original photo taken on an October morning in Rome. “Colosseum II” is a wide angle view from the inside of the Colosseum. Seeing and wandering about the Colosseum was a surreal experience. This picture transports me right back to the very moment as I was breathlessly taking it in disbelief that I was standing before the Colosseum in Italy! It was a life long dream of mine to go to Italy and there I was, standing inside all of my art history, photography, and travel books in real life. I am so grateful that this dream came true. I am honored to share my personal experience of my trip to Italy through my photos.
Enjoy this Italian journey through my eyes and heart! Grazie Mille.
Reset
“The Wim Hof Method is a combination of breathing exercises, exposure to cold and commitment that can help you regulate your stress levels.”
Wim Hof Method
Deep breathing resets stress hormones in the body. It’s best for the body to be more alkaline than acidic. Through deep breathing, the pH-value in the blood increases making the blood more alkaline and less acidic. The average pH-value is 7.4. This can be measured at home with pH strips.
To reset the nervous system and activate the immune system, take 30 deep breaths slowly and in a safe, comfortable place. Lightheadedness may occur so continue even slower and the sensations will pass.
Cold showers create a deeper connection to human nature and creates neurological pathways when mastered can heal the body.
